I use Ecobee sensors that have a motion and presence sensor entity. The motion is a short cooldown like 5 minutes, and the presence is a long cooldown like 20 minutes or so. It's good to know because if you try to use a duration that is less than the cooldown, you will essentially always fire that trigger when motion is detected.
